Available Internships and Key Responsibilities:
1. Tourism Management Interns (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with visitor information at desks and during roadshows.
- Support unit administrative tasks and corporate coordination.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage and update unit documents and perform filing duties.
- Answer calls and manage scheduling for senior managers.
- Process invoices and liaise with the finance team to ensure timely payments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Tourism Management.
2. Creatives Digital Content Producer Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content.
- Support the digital marketing team with graphic design for campaigns.
- Create editorial calendars and graphics for social media and web promotion.
- Assist in producing and editing videos for social media.
- Design elements for newsletters and ensure brand consistency.
- Participate in live photo and video shoots at events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Journalism, Copy Writing, Communications, Brand Communications, or B.A. Arts.
- Portfolio of previous written or published work.
- Knowledge of the tourism sector is a bonus.
3. Digital and Social Media Content Producer Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and brainstorm content ideas.
- Conduct competitor analysis of social and digital channels.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars.
- Write social media posts, blogs, and press releases.
- Respond to social media engagement in collaboration with the digital team.
- Support live event coverage and assist in developing the social media strategy.
- Implement digital campaigns and perform market research.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media strategies and content creation.
